In the words of Michael Esbach (which in light of last week’s trip needs to be emphasized) – “If you can’t roll, you can’t roll with us”. Please don’t sign up if you cannot roll consistently on flat water. We’ll be heading down to the James in Richmond for some Class III paddling (assuming decent weather). I guarantee we’ll make it to Legends this time for a little afternoon food and drink so bring your ID and some money. The club will provide all the gear you don’t have (boat, paddle, lifejacket, skirt, helmet). Everyone needs to show up by 11:00. We’re trying to be a little more timely this week.
