Old Rag
Come enjoy the gorgeous views from the top of Old Rag mountain next Sunday in honor of earth day. Since my last trip got rained out, this will hopefully be more successful… The hike consists of a 7 mile loop to the top of the mountain, and includes a little bit of scrambling over rocks and boulders, but nothing that can’t be conquered without equipment. It is an approximately 6 hour hike and a 1 hour drive each way, so we will be leaving at 8:00 from Bonnycastle Circle to avoid getting back too late. It should be a beautiful weekend for this hike, so come out and play! Everyone is going to be waitlisted initially, because I want to make sure people who were on my last trip get a chance to go this time. I will add people as I get drivers.
Bring: lunch/snacks
