Election Day Sport Climbing

OVERVIEW

Well since nobody signed up for my other climbing trip 🙁 I’m putting another one for election day; But it looks like there’s a good chance it’ll rain😔. Somehow it always rains when I’m there and never rains when I’m not there.

But first buttress at the upper meadow stays dry and is prolly a good spot to go to. There are climbs from 5.10c-5.13b; I’m also down to check out the colosseum; I’ve never been there but I’ve got a feeling people don’t wanna go there. Easiest route is 12a.

As for gear, I’ll make sure we have enough draws and ropes but bring your own belay device, helmet, shoes, harness, food, and water.

Plan:
Start picking up people at 6 AM
Leave Cville at like 6:15-6:20 AM
Get to the parking at like 9:30 AM at the latest
Hike to the crag and get there at 10 AM
Climb till we can’t, which will be 6:30 P.M. at the latest
Get back to the car by 7 P.M.
Home by 10 P.M.

Don’t have a car so drivers get a bit of priority
