End of the Year Climbing

OVERVIEW

We’ll go to the New River Gorge for a few days of rock climbing to celebrate the end of the school year/beginning of summer. We can climb (and swim) during the day & camp, cook, hang out at night. I imagine we’ll climb mostly at Bubba City & Summersville but this depends on who signs up and what people want to do.

In order to come along you should know how to belay & be able to climb 5.9

The trip will have to be conditional on the weather (i.e. if it’s pooring we’ll have to either cancel or try to go somewhere else).

The club can provide all climbing & camping gear, a ride and some food $$. You’ll need to bring a little $$ for extra/better food, appropriate clothes, a water bottle, etc.
