Walnut Creek Park
Come celebrate the end of the year and say farewell to all your outdoorsy friends for the summer at Walnut Creek Park! We’ll have a cookout and other delicious goodies on the edge of the lake in the evening, as well as outdoorsy activities you can sign up for during the afternoon. This is a potluck-type activity, so please bring drinks, buns, cups, brownies – whatever strikes your fancy and is picnic-licious.
A special note to Trip-Leaders: I encourage you to create trips to Walnut Creek on Sunday afternoon (hike, bike, kayak – whatever), and end them at the picnic we’ll be having. This was a great club event last year, and one that we hope to continue in future years!
