End the week with a trip to Humpback: Beginner Hike (dusk hike)

OVERVIEW

Hey everyone! Looking for a way to relax in the outdoors after weeks of exams? Assuming the answer is yes, come with me to Humpback Rock on Friday afternoon! So far this semester I’ve hiked Humpback in the dark going up to see a sunrise and going down after watching a sunset – this week I’d love for it to be (mostly) light both ways. Rather than a sunset hike, I’m going to call this one closer to a dusk hike.

Humpback is a relatively easy hike (～1 mile to the top) although there are several pretty steep parts. No need to be an experienced hiker to join!

**Drivers needed!!! And will initially be given priority.**

What to bring:
-A headlamp or flashlight is strongly encouraged in case we end up in the dark during our descent
-It’s always great to have some water
-Wear shoes you feel comfortable hiking in
-If it’s chilly some layers might be helpful because it’ll be even colder (and maybe windier) at the top
