You read that right… a 5k that never ends. Sounds too good to be true, I know. But IT’S HAPPENING. THIS SATURDAY. 9 am. Hereford Lawn. Be there or be square.
The Endless 5K is an endurance challenge modeled after backyard ultramarathons: runners have one hour to complete a 5K loop along the O’Hill trails and return to the start line. Then, at the top of the next hour, do it all over again until only one runner remains. You may stop after any completed lap—the only thing holding you back is yourself.

Proceeds from the event support the Charlottesville Public Housing Alliance of Residents (PHAR).
While registration is required for the run, the rest of the E5K festival is completely free and open to all. Even if you don’t like to run, stop by to enjoy music, free food, and a CIO fair featuring UVA’s coolest orgs.
