Blue Hole
It’s supposed to be really hot Thursday and Blue Hole in Sugar Hollow is about the coolest place outdoors one can be at. It’s about a mile hike through deep woods to this cool, refreshing swimming hole where it should be a good bit cooler than Charlottesville.
The club provides a ride in a car and carpool money for gas.
Please bring: -good hiking shoes
-Swimsuit and towel
-bug repellent
-At least 2 liters of water to drink
There may also be some good berries to pick and we will stop to identify some wild edible and medicinal plants so we don’t push the pace in the heat.
