Forest contemplation + tea

OVERVIEW

Hi Everyone,
When was the last time you sat still by yourself in the forest and just focused on whats going on around you? Even if you spend a lot of time in the outdoors, you’re probably leaving many small details unnoticed as you bike, paddle, or dash through the world. If this fact torments you as it torments me, join me this Friday morning at Ragged Mountain reservoir!
The plan is: We’ll meet at the corner of Echols at 8:30 and drive up to Ragged Mountain Reservoir. Once there, we’ll disperse so each person can find their own special spot wherever they desire. After 25 minutes or so, we’ll meet up again and reflect/tell each other what micro-scale nature dramas we observed. Don’t worry, I will bring a little stove and a various assortment of teas (courtesy of the shred shack) so we won’t go hungry.

What to bring:
A MUG! or something to drink tea out of
Layers, to stay warm while a’sitting
water, if you get thirsty like I do
