FOREST FRIDAY BOULDERING

OVERVIEW

It’s getting increasingly nice out so let’s go to THE FOREST and boulder. I’ve been here a couple times and don’t have anything specific that I’m yearning to do but I’m hoping to just try a bunch of stuff. There’s a pretty solid variety of climbs available to do here grade-wise so feel free to check out the mt project and get an idea for some routes you’d like to try! We’ll be getting there around 3 and will leave around 6 so we’ll have lots of time to get on whatever people want to.

2PM: We will meet at the gear room and pick up crashpads and any other gear anyone may need (shoes, chalk) and then head out. It’s about a 45-50 min drive to the white rock gap trailhead where we will be parking, then about a 15-20 min approach from there. We’ll climb from about 3:20-5:45 then start heading back!

We need a driver who can fit 4 people + themselves in their car as well as 2 crashpads in the trunk. Gas can be reimbursed + tip through the reimbursement form.

You bring:
– climbing shoes
– water / food
– chalk
! all of this can be grabbed from gear room before we go so fret not!
