Hey y’all!
I loved getting an O’hill run in last Friday on JJ’s trip before work, so here it is again (except JJ posted his run for Wed so I’m also going to post one for Friday). Plz note, mtg time is 7AM (but if ur late ur welcome to attempt to find us on the O’hill trails).
I personally will be going at a leisurely pace (for me, typically 11-12 min miles), but people are welcome to break off/stay together/leave early/stay late as they please.
Bring fun conversation topics if u want! It’s supposed to be relatively cool temps, so that should be nice.
Bring:
-water/snacks if u want
-music if u want
-running shoes
-a joy for moving ur body
