Let’s go ride some real mountains in the ole Gee Dubya. This trip is for the lazy with an option for those who wanna pedal.
THE PLAN
Leave Charlottesville in the morning (by 9)
Drive to the top of Reddish Knob
Drop off riders
A. Keep shuttling up for a few more laps
B. Keep riding the nearby trails from the bottom (narrowback, lookout mtb, etc.)
Eat food, drink beer
Drive back to cville OR camp for the night
Plenty of options. Also, I hear there’s a lot of water in the mountains right now, so don’t forget your water wings (carbon fiber reinforcement preferred)
