Gauley Fest

OVERVIEW

This year I WILL NOT be leading a trip to Gauley Fest, but I will be going. Hopefully another person can lead a trip to Gauley fest. Anybody who went last will tell you that it is a real blast even for those not doing any paddling.

My personal trip will be as follows: Leave Thursday night, volunteer all day Friday, Paddle the NRG on Saturday with Coastal Canoeists, Party all night a Gauley fest, Drive home on Sunday and be back to C’Ville by early afternoon.

I have room to carry three or four boats and gear, if you can arrange with Dave to bring them into C’Ville before I leave on Thursday at 5:00pm. If you are qualified and you ask the permission to join us on the paddle down the NRG trip leader from Coastal’s (Dave Kessman), I can provide transport to and from Gauley fest to the NRG.

I guess that I have room for one or two persons if they can leave by 5:00pm on Thursday.
