Glorious Mt Pleasant Journey Perfect for Newbies.

OVERVIEW

Come take part in the illustrious tradition of the pilgrimage to Mt. Pleasant. Perfect chance to chomp into a little bit of fall in your post midterm library florescent bulb induced stupor.

This is amazing place with 2 awesome 5 miles loops to hike. The Cole Mt loop has an amazing saddle(meadow between 2 mts I had to look that up too) which is at 5,000 ft with kick ass view. We will roll out late Fri, this means we will for sure be setting up in the dark. But this is car camping so dont stress its all peachy. The camping spot in huge field awesome with tons of tent area and a fire pit even a swing if its still there. We will set up and camp there and bask its in beauty.

Saturday we rise and do around a 10 mile hike that with 3 wonderful views. This WILL be awesome day hike and we will eat lunch at one of the glorious views. Someone should bring a frisbee(for real i dont have one) too because Cole Mt is awesome frisbee spot.

What you need(*can get from Club at Thursday gear room(if you dont make that email me))(yep double parentheses)
-sleeping bag and pad*
-day pack(can be your school backpack)*
-shoes(not sandals of any kind)
-warm clothes(pants, beenie, fleece) it might get chilly at night
-food wise ill let you know i gotta remember food reimburse rules for trip such as this but sure we will need some $ for food on sat ride home
– 2 liters of water

-big camel worthy supply of water
-the idea of this trip(kind of a lie it was Emily V so thank her)
