~~Go With The Flow~~ (South River Falls)

OVERVIEW

In my opinion, it’s officially Spring. However, the park still isn’t green (lame, I know) so I’m proposing a waterfall hike instead of a summit hike to kick off the return from break. It’s my first time going to this one but I’m pretty pumped to see Shenandoah’s ~3rd largest falls~. The hike itself is a moderate 4.8 miles or just a little longer to go down to the base of the falls as well, so nothing too intense 🙂

~The Plan~
meet at echols @ 10 am
drive around 1 hour to the trailhead
head up the mountain at about 11 am
lunch break whenever we’re feeling it
get back down to the car at about 4 pm
drive home, and arrive back in Cville before/around 5 pm

Stuff to bring:
park pass for entry into Shenandoah National Park if you have one
plenty of water
snackz
warm layers! (it’s probably going to be ~a little~ chilly up there)
sturdy shoes

DRIVERS NEEDED!! Drivers get priority off the waitlist, gas reimbursed, and a 50% tip! Please show up with a full tank.
