Hike Old Rag

OVERVIEW

It may be raining at the moment, but this weekend looks like the perfect time to get out and do some hiking!

Old Rag is one of the most popular hikes in our region. It is an 8 mile loop with a spectacular rock scramble and views at the top. I think we can cover the distance in about 4 hours +some extra time for lunch at the top.

What to bring:
-$8.00 entrance fee
-Jacket (it might be chilly)
-Plenty of water
-Lunch
-Camera
-Spirit of adventure (or some other lofty sounding attribute)

Drivers will get priority off the wait list.

This trip is, of course, weather dependent. If the rainy weather starts creeping into Saturday, I will cancel the trip. I have done this hike in the rain and do not wish to repeat!
