Hiking & Hammocking into Finals at Ragged Mtn

OVERVIEW

Do you want a reason to escape studying for your exams? Or, do you have a PASSION for hammocks (we won’t judge)? If so, come join Soren and me at Ragged to have a hammock, hike, and hot chocolate party!! Chillin in hammies, an incredible view, (hopefully some snacks and HOT COCOA), what more could one want???

The plan:
-Meet at Echols Dorm at 10:30am
-10 min drive to Ragged
-Begin walking to our spot (1 mile in) at about 10:40
-Chill in hammies until around 12:00
-Walk back to car
-10 min drive back to grounds
-Be back at Echols at 12:45

What to bring:
-Hammie (you can borrow one from gear room if needed)
-(a crazy creek or blanket will also work–we’ll still allow u into the hammie party don’t worry)
– MUG OR CUP for hot cocoa
-1-2 liters of water
-Snacks to share with the group (Optional but everyone will love you)
-Daypack to carry your stuff (also Optional)

What we will bring:
– Speaker
– Hot water and cocoa for HOT CHOCOLATE
-The most fun you’ve ever had in your entire life

DRIVERS GET PRIORITY OFF THE WAITLIST: We have a car but can only bring 3 other people with us, so another driver would be lovely. Since Ragged is so close there is no reimbursement for driving, but you WILL be paid with an awesome time!
