It looks like the weather might be warming up finally so it’s the perfect time to go riding! We are going on the “Advanced Trail Ride” at Master’s Inn, a nice stable a little over an hour from UVA in Altavista. Don’t worry about the advanced part though, no experience is necessary since the horses are well trained but it might help if you have been riding before. The ride will be about two hours long so plan on being on a horse for that long! Make sure to wear long pants and closed toed shoes. The fee is ten dollars per person so either bring cash or use your club bux to pay. We will be meeting at Bonnycastle Circle at 12:30 pm on Friday April 23rd. I will be driving but I will need 2 more people to drive if we want to get there comfortably but the club will pay for you gas! Since the ride starts at 2, we should be back around 5:30 PM.
