The next several days are supposed to be spectacular weather. How better to enjoy the sunshine and fall colors than by taking a fun, short hike up a rocky mountain to a spectacular 360-degree view?
Bring along a picnic lunch and munch away amidst spectacular scenery. It will be chilly and may be windy at the top, so stuff a winter jacket, gloves, a hat, and/or blanket into your backpack, and be sure to bring along warm smile to warm up your fellow hikers. 🙂 Bring some water, too.
It’ll be about a half hour’s drive, plus about 20 minutes’ hike up the mountain. Stay as long as you like, and go back in any car (but please make sure your car has the same number of people returning as coming!).
