Humpback Sunset Hike/Jam Sesh??

OVERVIEW

I will finally be done with tests before finals (with the exception of one on the last day of class – seriously Psychology dept?) this Friday, and I am celebrating with a sunset hike. I, shamefully, have never been to Humpback, so I am going to do my basic UVA hiking duty and go there.

For those of you who are musically talented, unlike me, bring your instruments! Let’s have a jam sesh while we watch the sun go down.

Drivers (and musicians?) will be prioritized. As always, drivers get gas reimbursement + 50% tip.

Here’s my plan:
Meet Echol’s at 3pm, get to the top around 4:30pm, entertain the crowd with your musical talent and watch the sunset at 5:01pm, hang out until we get cold and be back in Cville at the very latest 7pm.

What to Bring:
-Musical Instrument of your choice
-Layers, it will be cold
-sturdy hiking shoes
-water, snacks
-headlamp
