Humpday Humpback! Speedy Boi Edition

OVERVIEW

Aside from longer periods of darkness and sadness, with the sun setting earlier this time of year comes the slight benefit that sunsets are easier to catch (for me at least).

My goal for this hike is to make friends, see some good views, and get back in time to eat a hearty dining hall thanksgiving meal before 7pm.

Unfortunately, the only hike that’ll fit such a tight schedule is the oh so basic humpback but hey it’s a fun hike with good views (better sunset than sunrise!) so is it really that bad?

Meet at Echols = 3:30pm
Sunset = 5:03 pm
Return = 6:10ish pm

Bring:
-headlamp
-photography device
-warmth (in clothes)
-warmth (in good spirit and friendship)
-good shoes
-hunger for a bomb post hike dinner (I have been looking forward to dining hall thanksgivings since last year so you bet your buns I’ll be going even if no one else wants to come with)
