my wednesday lab got cancelled soooo come celebrate with me by hiking humpback on humpday!!!
sunset is around 7:30 pm, so we’ll leave Echols by 6 pm to make sure we have time to drive there, hike, and enjoy the views before the sun goes down. then we’ll probably be back in cville around 9 pm depending on how long people want to chill at the top.
if you’ve never done it before, humpback is a short, but steep 1 mile up. For more info:

what to bring:
water
headlamp or flashlight (plz not just your phone)
comfy sturdy shoes
snacks if you want
drivers get gas reimbursed plus a 50% tip and priority off the waitlist!! *please show up to echols with a full tank of gas*
