OVERVIEW

They say that a good way to get to ~know yourself~ is to run.

Bad jokes aside, let’s go running! At night! At OHill! Night running is really fun if you use a flashlight, and now that the weather is getting warmer, night running also just as comfortable as its daytime counterpart. This will be a short, relaxed run that anybody can attend, provided you feel comfortable with about 30 to 45 minutes of running. Mileage will depend on the pace, which won’t be very fast. Also, this will be a NO DROP run, meaning if someone gets tired, we’ll slow down or stop to rest. We will not abandon anyone.

You will want to bring:
– A working flashlight or headlamp (I’ll have a spare if someone’s dies)
– A jacket, if the air is chilly
– Water and a tasty snack to amplify your post-run euphoria (I will bring a bag of trail mix for us to share!)
