Do you like being outdoors and looking at what’s around you? Or want to know what bird you heard in the morning after pulling that all nighter? Come join us on a birding trip to Ivy Creek this Saturday and see how many birds we can find! This trip is open to all levels, so if you haven’t been birding before, that’s completely fine. We are limited by the number of binoculars in the gear room, so if you have binoculars or a zoom-in camera, please bring them!
The Merlin Bird ID app can ID birds for you based on photo, sound, or description, so download it on your phone and also download the Southeast bird pack in the app if you can.

8:00 am – meet at echols
8:15 – 10:45 am – arrive at ivy creek and find them birds
11:00 am – back at echols
