Journaling and Reflection on the Lawn

OVERVIEW

Hi all,

Following the events of the past day, I felt like it might be nice to set aside a dedicated time and space to gather together and process. As such, I wanted to offer this trip to anyone who may desire a moment to journal, talk, read, write letters, or just sit outside with friends this Thursday between classes. If you think you could use a trip like this, I invite you to sign up and join me!

What I’ll have:
– Pens and notebook paper

What to bring:
– Any journals/paper/stationery you may want other than plain notebook paper
– Whatever writing utensils you want
– A picnic blanket/towel/crazy creek to sit on
– Water
– Weather-appropriate clothes (since it’s not so warm outside anymore)

The plan as of now is to meet on the steps of the Rotunda at noon and then find a sunny spot on the Lawn for us all to sit down for an hour or so (but if we get too cold, the trip may end a little early).
