Hey homies!!!! Guess who’s back??
That’s right, I’ll be back in the ‘ville a week early and am eager to indulge in the beauty of Virginia’s mountainous visage after spending a summer living the metropolitan life. Please join me on an ~adVENture~

Crabtree Falls
(http://www.hikingupward.com/GWNF/CrabtreeFalls/) is 3.4 miles round-trip (1.7 up, 1.7 back) if you go the full distance. Elevation goes up to 3,610 ft and “Crabtree Falls is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Virginia, and certainly the tallest. It is commonly referred to as the tallest waterfall in the East.” Woaaah! I’m thinking we leave bright and early to beat the heat and maybe we can grab lunch on our way back. I will double check if we need a SNP park pass, but bring snacks and maybe some cash for lunch regardless!

IMPT things you should/could bring:
x Sunscreen
x Mosquito repellant
x Sturdy, comfortable shoes
x 2L of water or more
x Clothing that is not cotton (plz, it’ll more than likely be like 95 degrees)
