Kayak Roll Practice

OVERVIEW

Sweet Briar College has opened up their pool for kayak roll practice on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 9:00PM. This will be the last one this year. They will be offering more practice sessions during the spring. The cost for a session is $10.00, which you are responsible for paying. They have a great instructor that will help you fine tune your flat water roll. You may bring your own personal gear, but make sure it is clean, remove any float bags from the boat and wash it out. OR you may use Sweet Briar’s gear. I do not plan on taking any of the club’s gear to these sessions.
You must have at least attended one of Dave Clark’s intro or kayak roll sessions at Walnut.
Limited to 8 people, Sweet Briar has increased our number for this last session this year.
Club provides gas money, you provide bathing suit, towel, water, snack, $10.00 in cash.
