late night star bathing :)

OVERVIEW

tired of charlottesville light pollution? need a rejuvenating break from yucky homework in the form of some good ol lake swimming? picture this – you, me, jade, & new friends all taking a little drive down to ragged reservoir under the cover of night to swim under the stars. this is the perfect trip if you’re bogged down with work but still want a quick escape to the woods!!!

the rundown:
9:00: meet @ the corner of Echols dorm
9:15 drive & walk the short ~1/4 mile up to the res to swimmy swim
10:00ish (or whenever our toes get uncomfortably wrinkly): head back to cville
easy!!!

to bring:
– something to swim in
– chacos/water shoes if you have them
– a floatation device of sorts if you please (or if you, like jade and i, are bad at treading water)
– a towel for the ride back
-mask for car ride please!
