Learn to Belay Intro to Climbing

OVERVIEW

Since so many people signed up for the Wednesday trip, this is just the same thing as Ryan’s trip.
We’ll head out to Rocky Top which is about a 5 minute drive from Echols, where everyone can learn how to tie in to a harness and belay a partner. Then the fun stuff, we’ll climb for an hour or two and head back to campus.
Since I’m pretty sure you have to pass a belay test at Peak, if you ever go on one of the Peak thursday night trip, this is not a necessary pereq, but it’ll give you some practice.

It’s $7 to go to Rocky Top gym or I believe it’s $25 for a month pass if you want to do that
