Learn to Ride

OVERVIEW

If you’ve ever been jealous of your friends who hit up the mountain consistently like bums and then tell you how awesome their weekend was (minus the fractured faces and what not); here’s your chance to break into the sweetest sport since curling.

This trip is aimed at complete beginners to snowboarding. We will leave from UVA at 11am and spend the entire afternoon and some of the early evening getting everyone introduced to that slick cold stuff known as snow. Wintergreen will be having a warm week so the snow should be soft and forgiving.

You will get hands on instruction for the entire trip so you should progress quickly and be able to decide whether or not to continue learning at the end of the trip.
