OVERVIEW

ello this is a little last minute but I’d like to invite some people to join me in my practice friday morn! the weather has been getting cooler and ive been wanting to practice more outside, so Im going to lead a beg/int vinyasa style flow with lots of room for modifications and freedom to do what you want. Just bring a towel/mat, your bod ready to focus on breath, and maybe some bug spray… Im not an instructor but i know a thing or two; feel free to not follow me at anytime:)

soon after~ find a garden to lay out and start our flow
