Do Mondays ever get you down? Do you ever just feel all the whismy leave your body as the week begins?? Well don’t worry…Ellie and I have cooked up a very magical Monday trip just for this reason… We’re going to go touch some grass in the gardens and do some yoga and foraging for fruit and possibly teach you to do a headstand and just have the best time ever to cure any Monday blues 🤸♀️🌞
The plan:
6:00pm Meet at the corner of Echols (corner of Hancock drive and McCormick road) & walk to the gardens
6:10pm forage and frolick and all the good things !!
7:00pm depart having reconnected with nature
Make sure to wear comfy clothes and bring some water if you want!
