Massanutten Friday Night Ski/Snowboard

OVERVIEW

Back with another Massanutten Ski/Snowboard trip. Last time was great, they had been blowing snow until early that afternoon so it was actually incredible, best I’ve ever seen it there by far. I want to go back. With every trip, I’m getting closer to working up the nerve to try a backflip, will tonight be the night?

Massanutten has a friday night college discount (4 – 9 pm- Slope-Use Ticket: $35, Equipment Rental: $25). This trip is mainly to coordinate a carpool out there for anyone else who’s looking to get some downhill time. This isn’t necessarily an instruction focused trip but if you don’t know what you’re doing, you will have some friends around to help you out a bit.

Schedule:
2:15pm – meet at Shrack
4:00pm – arrive at Massanutten, go up and down a bunch of times
9:00pm – meet back at cars
10:00pm – back at Shrack or wherever you can convince your driver to drop you off

Bring: ski/snowboard stuff or be prepared to rent, snow clothes, food/water if you think you’ll need it
