Three Ridges Hike, Beech Grove Road, Roseland, VA, USA
My exam schedule is such that there is a perfect backpacking sized hole in the middle! Join Jenna and I as we pursue wintry views along the classic Three Ridges loop!
This is an intermediate backpacking trip just because it will be a bit colder than average (low 40s maybe down to 30s?), and we are planning on ~7 miles each day. You can check out the hike here: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/virginia/three-ridges-trail
The Plan:
Meet at Echols at 9 – possible bodos on the way out?
Arrive at the trailhead ~10, start walkin!
Arrive at the Harper’s Creek shelter ~3 to camp
Wake ~9 and make our way back
Definitely back to grounds before 4ish!

Sleeping bag + liner (optional)

Tent/hammock w/ tarp/rainfly/groundcloth

DRIVER NEEDED!
-Drivers get priority off the waitlist. The club reimburses for gas +50% tip!
-Drivers need to show up to Shred Shack with a full tank of gas!
