OVERVIEW

After a successful mindfulness and meditation trip last week, fear not for those who missed out, I have brought it back again! As we start our midterms soon (or for some even this week!) it can all get a bit stressful but having some time to meditate, be mindful, swim and vibe on a Wednesday morning at Ragged Mountain Nature Reservoir is exactly what we all need. The plan is to find a place for us all to settle at Ragged Mountain Nature Reservoir, then I will lead a short, chilled breath meditation and afterwards feel free to swim, write, read, whatever you think will make you feel happy and clear-minded.

What to bring:
– Something to swim in
– Towel
– Anything you may want to read or write with
– Any food if you want
– Good vibes, but if you are not feeling good vibes for whatever reason, you will be all good vibes after this trip!
