Mint Springs Beginners Trout Fishing(Cancelled)

Hi all,

The DGIF just released some trouts into Mint Springs Lakes yesterday. It will be a good time to go fishing. I am almost certain that you will catch fish, a lot of fish. Just bring regular rod and reel. The ice is about 5 inches thick and I don’t think we can do fly fishing. We may even need to dig holes on the ice.

Trout fishing is super easy to learn and a lot of fun. If you need help with fishing gears and bait, please feel free to e-mail me.This is the easiest time to catch trouts and I think you will go home happy.

If you don’t have fishing gears, I have one extra. You may also get one at Walmart for $20.
