Mlk Hike

OVERVIEW

Riprap Hollow is a 9-10 mile hiking loop that takes you past Chimney Rock, rocky vistas, and waterfalls along Cold Spring. Difficulty is moderate depending on your experience level and there are a few steep sections, but we’ll be in no hurry. All experience levels are welcome.

What you provide:
-2 liters of water AT LEAST
-a trail snack/light lunch
-hiking boots or decent walking shoes (keep in mind there is are stream crossings)
-**warm layers** (expect the weather to be in the 30s-40s, possibly with snow on the ground)
-rain jacket if you’re worried about rain

What the club provides:
-gas money and transportation

A second diver gets off the waitlist first!

If Skyline is still closed tomorrow we’ll use the boundary entrance.
