Yo, yo, yo!

Calling all shredders of the gnar and other biking enthusiasts! Danny Voce and I have committed to showing the world just how out of shape we are in the most public domain possible: a mountain bike race!

Although we may not necessarily be racing, we are looking forward to participating and wanted to invite you all to join our team and send it with us!

Here are the details:

Note that there is a beginner friendly version of this race. However, I would still caution you to have closer to an “intermediate” level of experience to do this. It will be an overwhelming environment if you are having to focus too hard on staying on your bike while the inevitable, fearless 13 yr old full sends. You may choose if you want to do the beginner or full version, but Danny and I will be having fun getting shown up in the full version (Men 19+). Both intermediates and advanced are welcome to join us, and ladies please feel free to sign up for the women’s groups if you’d prefer!
Please check to make sure there is a bike available for you before you sign up. I can make no guarantees on behalf of the club

The race itself is March 31st. However, Danny and I plan on going up the day before, maybe riding some of the course, and camping the night. We will return to cville after everybody has completed the race, with the cutoff at 5pm for the race. Expect to be back early that evening.

Therefore, this trip starts March 30th with us leaving cville at 2 pm and returning around 7 pm on March 31st.
