heyo,
come join me on the bottom tier of the hereford lawn for a vinyasa flow! Its going to be nice out so bring a towel/mat to roll out and get ready to have a happy bod and mind. This flow will be more focused on breath and how to move with it. I will offer/do more difficult movements at times but they are not mandatory! You do not need to follow me the entire time – just listen to your beautiful bod! Im no instructor just someone who does yoga:) Please let me know if youre not coming / will be late – i will start once the majority of you are here:)
