Do you ever find yourself looking up at the sky, trying to see those beautiful little stars, but that pesky little man up in the sky is just drowning them out? Well fear no more! In case you didn’t know once every 30ish days the moon man just gets so dang sleepy that he doesn’t wake up!
We will be hiking to Blackrock summit which is a big old pile of boulders that is a very easy roughly 20-25 minute hike from the trailhead. It is a super easy hike to the summit where we will climb up some rocks and stare at the sky.
The Plan:
– 8:00PM Depart from the Student Activities Building
– 9:00PM Start hiking
– 9:25PM Watch them stars
~ 1:00AM Arrive back at the SAB
What to Bring:
– Water
– Sturdy hiking shoes
– Headlamp
– Layers
– A blanket if you want it
****DRIVER’S NEEDED YOU WILL GET A PRIORITY OFF THE WAITLIST AND GET REIMBURSED AND GET A 50% TIP, drivers should also show up at the SAB with a full tank of gas****
