OVERVIEW

This adventure is part of the New River Gorge Extravaganza.

Lower New River Gorge, Cunard to Fayette Station.

This is an Intermediate – Advanced Whitewater kayak trip.
Class III +

Skill requirements: You must have a combat roll to attend this trip.

Note: Safety whistle and float bags required.

Everyone gets waitlisted until I screen your skills.

Camping: Ray’s Campground
The club will cover your camp fee ($8.50 per person per night)

FOOD PLANS: Hot Breakfast Sunday morning, river snacks for lunch. Eat on the road Sunday. NOTE: Please bring extra $$$ for dinner on the way home.

CLUB PROVIDES: Boats & gear if you need it, camping gear if you need it, YOU are responsible for checking out/bringing all necessary paddling and camping gear for this trip.

TIMES/PLAN/LEGAL:
My personal intentions:
I will be leaving Friday evening and attending either a climbing or paddling trip on Saturday.
Sunday: Sleep in until 8:30, Eat a hot yummy breakfast, Depart from Ray’s Campground to run shuttle by 10:00am, Have an absolute blast paddling the Lower New River Gorge.

Return: Sunday after paddling.
