I say we start NRGE off with a nice sunset. This is a short (2.4 mile) trail that’s about a 10 min drive from the campground. We can leave early enough to watch the sunset and then return for evening festivities.
The plan is to leave Charlottesville at 2:00 (think about your Friday schedule), get to the trailhead at 5:30, watch sunset at 6:42 at viewpoint, and then head back to the campsite after.
