NRGE Intermediate MTB at Wolf Creek (morning)

OVERVIEW

*** this is a NRGE TRIP you must PAY THE TRIP FEE and sign up for the NRGE CARPOOL AFTER YOU GET OFF THIS!!!!***

Shred with Max and Jackie in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia at Wolf Creek Park on Saturday am. The weather should be great so we will be hitting the trails.

We expect to ride 10-15 miles depending on how the group is feeling. Rather than a few big climbs and long descents these trails have lots of little climbs and little descents. These trails are intermediate friendly so as long as you feel comfortable on beginner trails you should sign up! But for those who seek more of a challenge, there are fun optional lines such as log skinnies and drops. Check out the trails descriptions here:

Timeline:
9:00 AM: meet in camp ready to leave
9:30 AM: arrive at trailhead and setup bikes
10:00 AM ride ride ride!
(lunch at some point)
2:00 PM: finish riding and give the other bike group any bikes they need
2:30-5ish: Hang out in Fayetteville then head back to camp!

Water: 2L
Food: lunch and snacks
Appropriate clothing and footwear: it can be cold this time of year, dress in layers suitable for riding
gloves are recommended for keeping the fingers working in chilly temps and protecting your hands from scrapes if you fall – $10 Mechanix work gloves are great
a bag to carry your water and food: the club has some daypacks and hip packs if you need one (let me know in the questionnaire)
flat soled shoes (bike shoes or vans work well)
