OVERVIEW

You know what time it is. It’s star time.

When the sun set last year at NRGE I stood for about an hour with my jaw dropped staring up in disbelief of how much I could see from our campground. I had brought my binoculars and was able to faintly see an entirely different galaxy so needless to say I am beyond stoked to bring my telescope this time. There is such little light pollution compared to cville so we should have an awesome time looking at all the cool stuff we can and can’t see from home. There is not much of an organized plan so join Corrina and I in finding a nice open spot away from the trees and looking up for an hour or so or until we freeze and want to go back to the campfire.

Plan:
9pm – Start da gazing
10pm – Finish da gazing

Things you need:
– Warm clothes
– Blanket if you want it
– Eye(s)
