Howdy folks
Last time we were in the NRG for Gauley fest I led this sunrise run. As the adventure picture shows, we didn’t get much of a sunrise so I wanna run it back. This was a super chill 2.5 mile out and back with what I imagine is an awesome view when not socked in.
This is a NRGE trip meaning once you are let off the waitlist here, you should sign up for the NRGE main carpool trip.
The trailhead is only 10 min from rays so the plan is to wake up and go jog, then come back to take down tents/pack up. All you should need is running shoes and maybe some breakfast for the viewpoint.
