Odu Climbing Competition

OVERVIEW

This looks like a lot of fun! Three categories:
Beginner: 5.0-5.6
Intermediate: 5.0-5.9
Advanced: 5.10+
so there is something for everyone! I’ve never been to this specific competition but it’s really fun to watch others climb and to try a hand at it yourself regardless of skill level. Plus make new climbing friends! And who knows. There could be prizes.

It is almost a three hour drive. Two options– make it a day trip:

Leave at 6:45am (early!!)
Arrive at 9:45am
10am-6pm: CLIMB
Stop for dinner, end up returning home before 11.

OR

Leave Friday afternoon, camp at First Landing (30 min away), have a campfire and laughter and singing and s’mores, then get up the next day and head over to ODU.

Currently a day trip, if everyone wants to camp to prevent getting up early, we could camp. I’m down with that.

YOU PROVIDE:
