OVERVIEW

Heyyy, we are going to attempt to hike Old Rag (and succeed!!) It’s a bit confusing with the needing to reserve tickets in advance, but if you get off the waitlist for this trip I will be risking everything to get us all tickets when they open up more slots on the 18th. Also, I’ve hear of a possible back up plan, so we should be good either way. I’ve actually never hiked here before, but my amazing co-leader reports that its about 9 miles with a good uphill sections so please make sure to have at least some hiking experience. We will be taking lots of breaks, though, and it is definitely not a sprint to the top.

Schedule-
8:00- meet at the corner of echol’s
9:00- arrive at old rag parking lot
Eat lunch at the summit whenever we get there
4:00- arrive back at echol’s

What to bring-
Good hiking shoes
Perhaps a jacket/layers depending on the weather
At least 2 liters of water
Snacks and Lunch
A love for Fall! Fall! Fall!
