Originality Isn’t My Strong Suit: Humpback Sunrise

OVERVIEW

I haven’t been appreciating nature as much as I should lately, so I figured a lil jaunt up humpback would be a nice way to get a dose of outdoors. Also we’ll see the sun come up which is always kinda tight.

the plan:

-Leave Echols no later than 5:10am, try to show up at like 5:05am please

-Arrive at the trailhead around 5:45 and start walking

-This hike is teeny so we should hit the summit at like 6:20

-Catch the sunrise at 6:45 on the dot. Neat.

-descend and get back for 9ams!

What to bring:

-however much water you want

-shoes that can be hiked in

-A well-worn copy of Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto

-layers bc it’s cold before the sun comes up
