Peak and Spam!

OVERVIEW

Peak and Spam is what’s for dinner this Wednesday. Come get a slab of climbing and canned meats!

Peak Experiences is an indoor climbing gym near Richmond. Provided we have at least 5 folks, the cost will be $9 each for a day pass. If you need gear, you can get it at the gear room on Wednesday. (A birdie told me it’d be around 4:45pm.)

We’ll climb our little hearts out until closing and then most of us will likely want some food. Sheetz (a gas station) has a surprisingly satisfactory range of delights, so we’ll head there. (Sadly, they don’t serve egg and spam or Lobster Thermidor a Crevette with a mornay sauce served in a Provencale manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.)

Club provides gear. You provide $$ for Peak ($9 provided we have a quorum for the cheap price), $ for Sheetz (if applicable), and good karma or a back rub. Bork Bork Bork!
