Peak Trip

OVERVIEW

Hey y’all

Get excited for Peak!!!! This trip is open to climbers of all levels and I can give some tips + technique work to anyone interested. If you’re interested in doing ropes, feel free to do so, though I plan to boulder. If you want to sport climb, let me know if you need me to get a rope. We’ll leave at 10 am on Sunday and be back no later than 4 pm because I will be working the opening shift at Slaughter. The time we leave can be flexible so send me a message if you’re interested in coming but need to be back to Cville at a certain time. Day passes cost $21 with a student discount.

PACKING LIST:
– Chalk
– Climbing Shoes (there are some shoes at the Gear Room or you can rent them for $1 at Slaughter…much cheaper than renting at Peak)
– Harness (optional but bring if you want to do ropes…pick up at Gear Room)
– ATC or Gri Gri (only if you have one)
– Rope (only if you want to sport climb…pick up at Gear Room or message me if you’re unable to for whatever reason)
